Being Prepared is much better than doing NOTHING
The Philippines is a disaster prone country and we can't escape the fact that we face this disasters head-on. These disasters are just simple challenges that we need to face and overcome and we should not let them be a barrier for having a good life. We are somewhat they call "lazy workers" but I think that's a little bit true because we wait like 1 or 3 weeks to finish it compared to China, they always finish their job in like a day or two. But we always recover from any calamity within a few days.
