Ugaliing Magtanim, Sapat na Nutrisyon ay Aanihin or The Nutrition

  Proper nutrition is a vital element in our daily life because it will provide energy and energy to do our work such as going to school, making assignments, doing housework, entering a job and being overwhelmed by others.
  Nutrition comes from every meal we eat. The essential source of vitamins and minerals we need everyday is from vegetables and fruits but not all vegetables and fruits are nutritious just like those non-organic planting and that have made a result of eating health of non-organic vegetables and fruits for health because there are too many elements that are not good in our body. Be smart and careful about bullying and choosing vegetables to serve in the diet and the best thing to do is to plant your own fruits and vegetables.
  There are now plenty of supplements that can help fill up the vitamins our body needs. Experimental studies are good for our health but it still does not match the natural way that comes from fruits, vegetables and our environment. Take a meal with wholesome foods to drink eight glasses of water everyday and practice the exercise and adequate breathing and we'll be sure to plant it so we can harvest at the right time and enough nutrition we can can achieve.
